  • This is my 27th year teaching at Caldwell Elementary (1992-present)  I have taught kindergarten every year except 1 in which I taught computer technology and now I'm teaching SPIRE Reading.

I was born in Scottsboro, Alabama. My parents are Jimmy and Linda Bray. I have one brother younger than me; Kenneth Bray. When I was growing up, I attended Brownwood Elementary School. When I was in Junior High, we were housed in the present Page Administration Building. In February of my 8th grade year, we moved into the present Scottsboro Junior High School. I attended High School in the building now housing Collins Elementary School.

I am married to Jimmy Holland, also born and raised in Scottsboro. We have 2 children, Kimberly and William.  Kimberly is a 2003 graduate of Scottsboro High School and a Spring 2007 graduate of Samford University. She is currently working and living in Birmingham, AL.  William is a 2011 graduate of Scottsboro High School and is a student at Northeast Alabama Community College. William is married to Tori Hambrick. They live in Scottsboro.
